About Me

I am delighted you are taking the time to read more.

I set up The Lighthouse Coach as I grew up by the Sea and wanted a name that had meaning to me. Light defeats darkness and is a beacon of hope and will guide you when your navigation is off.

Having spent years in the Corporate World in a variety of sectors I found that while I excelled at my job and enjoyed it, I craved something more; a sense of fulfilment and joy.  I needed something more and as corny as it may sound I want to make a difference in someone’s life and help people be happier, more productive in what they do and how they do it, whether professionally or personally. Sometimes it is getting that viewpoint/sounding board to look at the end goal, using coaching tools and simple steps to help help you achieve what your success is.

The beauty of coaching is me helping you see things in a different way and help you shine through challenging times.

life can be really hard on us at times, however it has some wonderful gifts to offer also.  Life can be amazing if we allow ourselves the space to know; what we want, what we stand for and what Happiness or Success looks like and go get it!

I am passionate about helping people reach their goals, overcome challenges like I have and continue to do so. I believe through my core Values of Honesty, Integrity, Kindness and Humour (as we all need a little Humour along the way, while being serious about what we do best!)

Let me help you achieve your Happiness & Success by arranging a Free introductory coaching session with me and lets take it from there.
